As a couples therapist, I see my role as a facilitator - I notice patterns arising in-session, share them out loud, and collaborate with you on how to possibly change them. We’ll explore your individual background stories, differences in communication styles, and past hurts that may be influencing your relationship now. Informed by an evidence-based treatment model, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), my primary goal is to create as much space as possible so all parties are heard, can speak about their feelings confidently, and can have a deeper understanding of one another.
